Auto House: just now you have been repeating globalization, because Chinese brands have been moving towards globalization and internationalization in recent years, continuing to go out and occupy the international market.
What are the plans and sales targets for the international market in the future? Zhao Changjiang: that’s a good question.
In fact, this year is the first year for us to truly realize internationalization and go to sea.

What do you think will be the core competitiveness of intelligence in the future? Zhao Changjiang: I think the core of intelligence is actually three aspects.

What you said just now is very good, that is to say, commercial landing, in fact, in the long run, data is still needed.
Well, BYD Group has 4 million new energy vehicles on the road, and there are still new vehicles being delivered.
It is estimated that there are hundreds of thousands or even millions of intelligent new energy vehicles.
The data advantage is very obvious, so Teng Teng will really land the city pilot and high-speed pilot this year.
Then as the data iterates and accumulates the year after next, there should be better solutions, or more advanced, smarter, safer and more comfortable intelligent driving assistance capabilities, of which I think the most important thing is the data.
Auto House: Teng Teng as a luxury brand, there will certainly be a lot of replacement users, because the number of users has reached a certain extent, and now there are a lot of users replacing new cars.
Does Teng Teng provide some services for replacement users? Zhao Changjiang: because China belongs to the stock market, the main price range in China before was 10 to 150000, and then the purchase will reach the range of 200000 to 300000, or even 300000 to 400000, that is, the range of 200000 to 400000.
Teng Teng is undertaking the upgrading of China’s stock market.
In terms of products, our models belong to C-class and D-class carts, or even flagship class.
Second, technically speaking, we are in the lead, and third, in terms of sales policy, we have a lot of additional purchase and exchange policies.

We are now buying more than 50% of users, close to 60%.

Auto House: are there any new goals for Tengli in terms of channel construction and after-sales service this year? Zhao Changjiang: this is a year when we surpass evolution.
We may surpass our competitors as well as ourselves, so our channel coverage will increase this year, from 115 cities last year to 153 cities.
We hope to increase the coverage of nearly 300 cities this year to really meet the needs of more users for new luxury cars.
In addition, in the after-sales service system, we will launch urban service brands and urban used car platforms to establish a perfect after-sales service system and second-hand car circulation system through these two platforms to achieve a real commercial closed loop.
so this year, for us, it is the commercial closed loop of service and the closed loop of globalization, as well as a year of further strengthening the product matrix.

Car House: just now you mentioned used cars.
For new energy users, used cars are actually a particularly awkward topic.
Many people are worried that it is difficult to sell used cars.
Will there be any special highlights in the trendy used car service? Zhao Changjiang: this question is also a good question, which I have always wanted to talk about but have no chance to say.
The annual preservation rate of our momentum D9 ranks first among all MPV in the industry, more than 80%, close to 90%.
We have three core aspects about used cars.
The first is that we have professional used car appraisers, which are evaluated through our direct operation system.
The second is that after we evaluate the used car, we will carry out the used car certification, and the car buyers will have the extension of the lifetime warranty rights of the three power companies.
At the same time, we also have extended insurance and self-insurance services.
In this way, we ensure the preservation of the value of used cars and the rights and interests of second-term car owners, build a high-standard service system and service guarantee of our high-standard and sincere used cars, and achieve commercial closed-loop.
