On September 24, Volkswagen America (VWoA) announced that it has established a strategic partnership with Google Cloud to deploy generative artificial intelligence (AI) in myVW mobile applications.
Volkswagen is leveraging Google Cloud’s industry-leading artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, as well as Google Cloud Consulting’s expertise, to support Volkswagen’s new myVW virtual assistant and provide car owners with intuitive critical vehicle information and service access.
