Verui 800V tertiary electric system debuted at the EVA exhibition in Frankfurt, setting new global charging speed and electric drive power records

Recently, the EVA Frankfurt Electric vehicle Fair (Electric Vehicles Expo at Automechanika) came to a successful conclusion, a four-day event that has become a major focus of the global new energy vehicle industry.

During the exhibition, Geely Holdings Group led a number of brands to show off its latest technologies and products in the field of new energy vehicles for the first time.

In particular, the global 800V three-electricity solution exhibited by Weirui has attracted attention from all over the world.

As a subsidiary of Geely holding Group, Weirui has accumulated rich technical experience in the field of new energy vehicles and electric power for many years.

At the exhibition, Weirui focused on the second generation of BRICS battery, which has become a highlight of the exhibition because of its excellent charging speed and technological innovation.

The second-generation BRICS battery uses a new generation of lithium-ion full-range acceleration technology, which is faster than the existing ternary lithium battery and has become one of the fastest mass-produced power batteries in the world.

At the exhibition site, the battery not only attracted the attention of a large number of visitors, but also received a special report from the German “Business Daily”, which attracted wide attention in the international market.

In addition to the excellent charging speed, the second-generation BRICS battery also has a number of innovative technologies to improve the overall performance of the battery.

The world’s first integrated car-cloud AI BMS battery management technology significantly improves the accuracy of battery charge estimation and battery life, and can identify risky vehicles and give early warning in advance.

In addition, the safety performance of the battery has also been greatly improved, using eight major thermal safety protection technologies, setting the highest battery safety standards in the world.

In the extreme operating condition test, the second-generation BRICS battery shows excellent safety and stability, providing users with a more reassuring travel experience.

Weirui also demonstrated its own 800V high-performance sic four-motor distributed electric drive system, which has become the key to the super-running acceleration performance of polar krypton 001 FR models.

The maximum power of this electric drive system is as high as 930kW and the maximum torque is 1280N ·m.

It is a four-motor distributed electric drive with the highest power and torque density in the world.

Among them, the NDE12 adopts an integrated compact design, which realizes the layout of a single motor with two spatial motors, and reduces the resonance through the asymmetric structure, which improves the NVH performance of the whole vehicle.

Then the dual-motor NDE33 maintains high power density and torque output while reducing weight, demonstrating Weirui’s leading position in electric drive technology.

In order to improve the charging experience, Weirui launched the 800V extremely fast liquid-cooled charging pile HPC-V3, which has a maximum output current of 800A, a maximum output voltage of 1000V, a single gun peak power of up to 800kW, and users can replenish energy in as little as 10 minutes.

HPC-V3 also introduces intelligent power allocation and sharing technology at the station level, which can intelligently adjust the power output when charging multiple vehicles, ensuring that each parking space can get the maximum charging power, and greatly improve the operational efficiency and user experience of the charging station.

In addition, the HPC-V3 is equipped with ultra-fine liquid-cooled cables, which weigh only half as much as ordinary cables, making it easy for even small users to recharge.
