Sales list for the second week of July: Xiaomi SU7 dropped nearly 40%, and all BBA fell out of the top ten

After a brief decline in the first week, China’s car terminal market picked up in the second week of July.

According to weekly terminal sales data, China sold more than 360000 passenger cars in the second week of July, an increase of more than 3 per cent month-on-month.

Among them, the sales of traditional passenger vehicles were 170000, down 23% from the same period last year.

the sales of new energy vehicles were 190000, up 24% from the same period last year, and the penetration rate rose to 52%, a record high.

In the TOP20 brand list, only BBA weekly sales declined compared with the previous month, and all fell out of the top 10.

the weekly sales of the other 17 brands all rose from the previous month, and Tesla and ideal weekly sales rose sharply, returning to the top 10.

In the list of TOP20 models, new energy vehicles occupy 14 seats, 8 seats are in the top 10, and 5 seats are from BYD.

We looked at historical sales and found that the Audi A6L did not make the list after 20th in the second week of May (5.6-5.12), the BMW 3-Series did not make the list after 17th in the last week of May (5.27-6.2), and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class did not make the list after 19th in the first week of June (6.3-6.9). The BBA model has not made the TOP20 list for five weeks in a row.

For this reason, it is foreseeable that BBA will never be seen again in the TOP20 model list, and other joint venture cars will slowly fall off the list.
