Recently, according to the list of Chinese passenger car braking system (ESC/One-Box) TOP10 suppliers released by Zoz Auto Research from January to June 2024, in addition to the traditional foreign Tier1 giants, local suppliers such as Fudi Power and Qiangu Technology have occupied a good market share, with a combined market share of 14.

Among them, Qiangu Technology, as a rare third-party on-line chassis supplier independent of the whole vehicle factory, ranks firmly in the top three of domestic independent brands by virtue of high-quality products, high stable supply capacity and efficient response service.

Today, the rising market share of independent suppliers fully shows that local enterprises have officially entered the core arena of on-line chassis after continuous technological research in the past few years and deep coordination with domestic car companies.

According to Galaxy Automotive, Qiangu Technology is expected to usher in the One-box project of more than two star models by the end of the year.

According to industry estimates, the average monthly sales of these two models are expected to exceed 10,000, which undoubtedly means greater shipments and greater market share for Qiangu Technology.

For this reason, Qiangu Technology will officially open the second phase of Changshu Line-controlled chassis Intelligent Manufacturing Factory in the third quarter, when it will increase its production capacity by 3 million, including brand-new intelligent braking, on-line brake controller and assembly system production line, so as to build a solid support for continuing to lead the market.

With the successful mass production of ESC, the One-box EHBI of Qiangu Technology has undergone many iterative upgrades and took the lead in mass production in the industry.

In the past period of time, the continuous increase in the market share of Qiangu online control is a direct proof.

One-box EHBI of Qiangu Technology deeply integrates ABS, ESC, E-booster and EPB, and supports multi-sensor fusion.

Moreover, this on-line braking system is also the first One-box product independently developed in China to integrate VMC vehicle kinematics control software, which is based on ESC algorithm, supports multi-input and multi-output, and can achieve high-level body stability control and full-efficiency energy recovery with a variety of dynamic characteristics.

VMC of Qiangu Technology adopts multi-input and multi-output algorithm, combined with accurate vehicle model, which well solves the problems such as lack of multi-sensor fusion and inconsistent coordinated control of multi-actuators, and can improve the measurement accuracy of vehicle parameters by 70%.

Reduce the convergence speed of the drive shaft by 50%, and greatly improve the accuracy and response speed of the system.

At present, Qiangu Technology’s One-box on-line brake has been recognized by many mainstream car companies and platform fixed-point projects, and its VMC core algorithm has experienced more than 5 million of the intelligent brake industrialization verification.

In order to support the large-scale production of EHBI, Qiangu Technology has built a fully automatic production line with an annual output of 400000 pieces of ECU controllers and a general assembly line with an annual production capacity of 400000 sets of EHBI, in order to quickly meet the large-scale carrying needs of the terminal market.

On this basis, Qiangu Technology is actively pre-researching the next generation on-line brake product EMB, and successfully launched a “wet and dry front” multi-actuator joint control scheme, that is, the front wheel uses EHB to provide greater braking force, and the rear wheel adopts EMB.

Through the wheel speed tracking algorithm based on slip rate control, the rear axle EMB realizes the ABS and VDC functions based on chassis domain control algorithm.

According to Gaishi Automotive, Qiangu Technology’s “wet front and dry back” combination scheme has been mass-produced, and the relevant automobile enterprise cooperation projects are being steadily advanced.

It is expected that in 2026, Qiangu Technology will officially achieve small batch production of EMB.
