On July 2, Marelli Group officially announced that starting from July 1, 2024, Mr.
Kelei Shen will be officially appointed to replace the outgoing Dr.
Fan Qiangqiang as Marelli’s Global Executive Vice President and President of China.

According to reports, before joining Marelli, he served as chief technology officer of Harman International from 2019 to 2024.
From 2006 to 2016, Mr.
Schenkler also served as president of Magna Electronics and held multiple executive positions in well-known companies such as Harman International, Siemens VDO and DSP Technology.
Schenkelei holds a master’s degree in computer science from Eastern Michigan University.
, As the new president of China, Schenkelei will be fully responsible for promoting Marelli’s growth strategy in the Chinese market.
The focus will be on areas such as risk-controllable business growth, technological innovation, improving operational and financial performance, pursuing business excellence and cross-department collaboration, and increasing employee motivation and engagement.
, Schenkelei will report to the Group CEO as a member of Marelli’s Global Executive Committee, and report to the Chairman of Marelli’s China Board of Directors as a member of the China Board of Directors.
