X9CC is a multi-core heterogeneous computing platform designed for central computing, with computing power as high as 200KDMIPS.
It integrates a variety of high-performance computing cores in a single chip, including 24 Cortex-A55 CPU,12, Cortex-R5F CPU,2, NPU,4, GPU,4 Vision DSP, and Crypto engine that supports national secret algorithms.
Core’s unique UniLink Framework provides high-bandwidth, low-latency data exchange between multiple systems, as well as a standard and easy-to-use programming interface, which greatly reduces the difficulty of multi-system integration development.
X9CC single chip can support up to six independent systems, including entertainment navigation, LCD instrument, central gateway, intelligent driving, intelligent vehicle control and information security.
According to the software deployment, X9CC can support the flexible configuration of each computing kernel in different systems and allocate computing resources reasonably.
At the same time, in order to meet the diversified configuration requirements of the new generation of area controllers (ZCU) under the EE architecture, Xinchi has also launched a new generation of ZCU product families, covering I-ZCU rich, control fusion and computing-intensive area controllers for core application scenarios such as body control, body + chassis + power cross-domain fusion, and super power domain control.
The area controller product family includes E3119 Compact 3118, E3650 and other planned core E3 products.

The E3650 adopts the latest ARM Cortex R52+ high-performance lock-step multi-core cluster, supports virtualization, non-volatile memory (NVM) up to 16MB, large capacity SRAM, and more available peripheral resources to solve the pain points encountered in the current vehicle electrical architecture design, and support the implementation of a higher integration and wider configuration of the vehicle electrical and electronic architecture.
On the E3650, Xichi upgraded the fully self-developed SSDPE (Super Speed Data Packet Engine) hardware communication acceleration engine, which can achieve zero data loss when all CAN FD work at the same time, effectively reduce the CPU load and improve the communication throughput.
In response to the growing demand for information security, the E3650 also integrates the Black Tortoise super-security HSM information security module to meet the information security level of ISO 21434 and above Evita Full and better support models to go to sea.
