Inspired by turtles and tortoises, researchers further improve the energy efficiency of pedaled robots

According to foreign media reports, a research team led by Dongwon Yun, a professor at the Department of Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering at the Daegu Kyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST), conducted energy efficiency improvement research on a turtle inspired legged robot.

The research results appeared on the cover of the journal Advanced Intelligent Systems.
