These two technical routes can be said to have their own advantages.

For example, lithium iron phosphate batteries have advantages in safety and price compared with ternary lithium batteries, while ternary lithium batteries are superior in energy density, voltage intensity and range.

Before 2017, lithium iron phosphate batteries with lower cost, higher safety and higher cycle life were the main choice in the market due to the dominance of small and micro electric vehicles on the market, once occupying about 70% of the domestic power battery market.

After 2017, due to policy adjustment and other reasons, ternary lithium battery anti-superphosphate lithium battery, the market share continues to soar.
