BYD’s models occupy 11 places on this month’s TOP20 list.

The biggest bright spot came from BYD Seagull/ Dolphin Mini, which sold a record 49714 vehicles in August and ranked third on the list as a “dark horse” as BYD’s small electric car is still in its infancy in many export markets, so the performance is to be expected.

In addition, BYD Song sold 65274 vehicles, ranking second on the TOP20 best-selling list, while Qin PLUS ranked fifth with 43258 vehicles.

Qin L’s sales continued to grow, reaching 35957 vehicles in its third month on the market, up 10.

Geely is also on the rise, ranking fifth with sales of 42000 vehicles.

In August, a total of 12 Chinese new energy brands were on the list, of which 28000 were registered, ranking 10th on the list, the best performance so far this year.

And American brand Ford, German brand Audi and other brands have “disappeared” in the list.

In terms of the market share of automakers, BYD ranked first, and its market share continued to grow to 23.
