In addition, the “Notice” also mentioned that the implementation of the industrial electricity price policy at noon during the Spring Festival will adjust the period from 11:00 to 14:00 noon from January 28, 2025 to February 6, 2025 to the trough period.
Industrial enterprises implement the trough electricity price policy for midday production and consumption of new energy during holidays.
According to public information, hydrogen energy, as an energy source with high heat, zero pollution and abundant reserves, has always been considered an ideal energy type.
At present, the application of hydrogen energy in the automotive industry is mainly concentrated on hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
It is understood that hydrogen fuel cells are power generation devices that use hydrogen as fuel and directly convert chemical energy in the fuel into electrical energy through electrochemical reactions.
They have the advantages of high energy conversion efficiency, zero emissions, and no noise.
Since 2024, many provinces across the country have introduced or explored policies to exempt hydrogen energy vehicles from highway tolls, including Shandong, Sichuan, Shaanxi and Jilin.
Among them, in February 2024, the Shandong Province Department of Transportation, the Shandong Province Development and Reform Commission, and the Shandong Province Department of Science and Technology jointly issued the “Notice on Temporarily Exemption of Highway Tolls for Hydrogen Energy Vehicles” proposing that in order to actively promote the “Hydrogen to Ten Thousand Families” scientific and technological demonstration project and encourage hydrogen energy vehicles to carry out cross-regional operations, in accordance with relevant provincial requirements, the relevant matters related to the temporary exemption of highway tolls for hydrogen energy vehicles will now be notified as follows: Starting from March 1, 2024, hydrogen energy vehicles equipped with ETC package equipment on highways in the province will be exempted from highway tolls.
Highway tolls will be waived for a trial period of 2 years, and will be adjusted in due course based on the implementation situation after expiration.
Currently, relevant departments are actively implementing the implementation details of this policy document.
