Hangsheng and Qualcomm release a new generation of Mozi cabinet-driving cross-domain integrated platform based on Snapdragon Ride Flex SoC

On April 26th, Shenzhen Hangsheng Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Hangsheng) and Qualcomm Technology Co., Ltd. released Hang Sheng’s latest products for intelligent cabin driving integration function at the 2024 Beijing International Automobile Show (hereinafter referred to as: Beijing Auto Show).

Based on the Snapdragon Ride ™Flex SoC (SA8775P) launched by Qualcomm Technology, a new generation of Mozi cabin cross-domain fusion platform is designed and developed for the central computing cabin integrated domain controller system.

Through cooperation between the two sides, this new cabin driving integration platform gives full play to the core technological advantages of Hang Sheng and Qualcomm Technology, creates a solution with excellent AI computing performance, open and cost advantages, provides new ideas for a new generation of automotive electronic and electrical architecture, and helps automobile manufacturers to meet the evolving travel needs of end customers.

The new generation of Mozi platform is designed to meet the evolving needs of vehicle-oriented cabin-driving integration, supporting cockpit and intelligent driving functions through a single SoC.

Based on the core features of Hangsheng’s intelligent cockpit platform, Mozi platform adopts a new architecture design to realize the efficient sharing of computing power and resources between the intelligent cockpit domain and the intelligent driving domain, and has efficient configurability and expandability.

The function can be efficiently customized according to the specific product requirements.

At the same time, the Mozi platform supports single-chip solutions and can be extended to multi-chip solutions, providing automakers with flexibility.

By deploying a security manager, the platform supports domain splitting and can be used as a stand-alone intelligent cockpit domain controller and an independent intelligent driving domain controller through interference free (FFI).

By providing high-quality solutions with both cost and performance advantages, Mozi platform empowers automakers to create an excellent cabin driving integration experience with flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the automotive industry.

The new generation of Mozi cabin cross-domain fusion platform has strong computing and connection capabilities, rich interactive entertainment experience, and supports multi-screen system, single-screen ultra-high resolution display output, full 3D human-computer interaction, multi-screen game interaction and other features to enhance the overall in-car user experience.

Relying on advanced NPU (neural network processor) and algorithm technology, Mozi platform enables the deployment of cloud + end LLM (large language model) to provide more advanced intelligent service experience integration such as intelligent perception for multiple drivers of the whole vehicle, providing seamless and personalized experience.

In addition, through flexible input / output expansion, Mozi platform reserves a wealth of high-speed peripheral interfaces to facilitate the flexible expansion of vehicle peripherals such as VR/AR glasses, game consoles, intelligent fragrance systems and so on.

These extended functions provide passengers with enhanced entertainment and comfort, further enriching their in-car experience.

Yin Yutao, vice president and CTO of Hangsheng, pointed out: “since the establishment of strategic cooperation between Hang Sheng and Qualcomm Technology, the two sides have carried out in-depth cooperation and exploration in the field of smart cockpit and intelligent driving.

With its technical accumulation and innovation in the intelligent cockpit field, Hangsheng has successfully launched a high-performance cockpit domain controller based on the latest generation of Snapdragon cockpit platform, which sets a benchmark for the industry.

In the future, we look forward to closer product cooperation with Qualcomm in the areas of cross-domain convergence and smart driving, bringing more cutting-edge solutions to the industry and ecology.

” Xianlei, vice president of sales and business development of Qualcomm Technologies, said: “at present, cross-domain convergence has become an important technology evolution direction of the automotive industry.

Qualcomm Technology hopes to use Snapdragon digital chassis solution to bring advanced features and experience to the industry.

We are very excited about Hang Sheng’s adoption of Snapdragon Ride Flex SoC to launch a new cabin and driving integration platform, which marks the common commitment of both sides to continue to cultivate the automotive industry through technological innovation.
