According to foreign media reports, German software and automotive technology supplier Vector announced the development of the Vector VN1641 network interface for the next generation of automotive CAN XL networks, with speeds of up to 20Mbit/s.
This interface meets the requirements of future automotive CAN networks and flexibly supports CAN XL, CAN FD and classic CAN.
The interface is suitable for a variety of tasks, from simple to complex, such as residual bus simulation, analysis, diagnosis, calibration and flash programming tasks.
