Elektrobit teamed up with Nezha Automobile and Jingwei Hengrun to create the first integrated domain control system

A few days ago, Elektrobit announced a partnership with Nezha Automobile and Jingwei Hengrun to develop its first converged gateway domain control project: Haozhi Supercomputing XPC-S32G platform.

The project is designed for Nezha’s new models and is expected to be launched in the second half of 2024.

The project, which adopts the service-oriented SOA software architecture of the electronic / electrical (EEA) architecture, is the first cross-domain controller project that integrates central gateway, body, power torque and vehicle thermal management.

Project requirements include addressing tight time constraints, achieving cost-effectiveness, reducing system complexity, ensuring high performance, improving reliability, and enhancing scalability and interoperability.

Jingwei Hengrun adopted Elektrobit’s Adaptive AUTOSAR solution to develop its first mass-production cross-domain controller for the new EEA architecture of Nezha’s new model.

Since 2023, Elektrobit has provided Jingwei Hengrun with a variety of high-performance computing (HPC) products, including its excellent second-generation HPC middleware, EB corbos AdaptiveCore software and EB corbos Studio tools, to create an AUTOSAR Adaptive-based high-performance controller software platform.

This cooperation makes the electronic control unit (ECU) of Nezhi Haozhi XPC-S32G platform architecture safe, reliable, flexible, updatable, high-performance and so on.

In addition, Elektrobit’s engineering services play a vital role in working with Jingwei Hengrun, providing seamless integration services to ensure that software systems are delivered safely, reliably and on time and on budget.

Naxi Automotive and Jingwei Hengrun chose to work with Elektrobit to promote its scalable EE architecture so that it can quickly and efficiently bring high-performance controllers to market.

With the help of Elektrobit’s Adaptive AUTOSAR solution, Jingwei Hengrun ensures that the new controller meets the needs of modern automotive systems.

The scheme provides a powerful framework to support dynamic software updates, high-bandwidth data processing and the advanced functional security and information security functions necessary for current connected vehicles.

With Elektrobit’s software and engineering services, Naga Automotive and Jingwei Hengrun are able to accelerate the development of new controllers based on NXP’s advanced high-performance S32G automotive network processors.

Elektrobit’s software and solutions make it easier for Jingwei Hengrun to develop integrated electronic control units, shortening the time to develop new functions and reducing hidden costs, while ensuring functional and information security without compromising quality.

The Adaptive AUTOSAR platform simplifies the integration of complex functions across multiple fields, thus improving the overall performance and reliability of the controller.

Therefore, Nashi Automobile can provide customers with advanced and feature-rich products, thus consolidating its market position.

The Elektrobit software powers more than 5 billion devices carried by more than 600 million cars.

Elektrobit is the link between the three segments of the emerging software-defined vehicle (SDV) market, providing products and services to traditional automakers, industry rookies and technology giants, covering basic automotive software, interconnection and information security, self-driving and related tools, as well as flexible and innovative products and solutions such as user experience.

For many people, the change in software-defined travel means a change in ways of thinking and methods, but for Elektrobit, this is something that has become commonplace.

“the cooperation with Jingwei Hengrun and Elektrobit marks an important step forward in technological innovation and intelligent transformation,” said CTO Dai, chief technology officer of Najia Automotive.

The development of Haozhi Supercomputer XPC-S32G platform not only integrates the most advanced electronic / electrical architecture and SOA software design concepts, but also integrates the characteristics of high performance, high reliability and scalability, which will greatly enhance the competitiveness of our products.

We firmly believe that the successful implementation of this integrated domain control project will bring more intelligent and personalized travel experience to Nezha, and further consolidate our leading position in the new energy vehicle market. ” Dr. Fan Chengjian, Director and Deputy General Manager of Jingwei Hengrun, said: “it is exciting to work with Elektrobit to develop the first converged gateway domain control project of Nahan Automobile.

Jingwei Hengrun has been committed to expanding the boundaries of innovation and fundamentally transforming to the next generation of electronic / electrical system design.

We are pleased to work with Elektrobit to promote the development of the next generation of iconic electronic control units.

” Mike Robertson, Chief Product Officer and Managing Director of Elektrobit, said: “China’s software industry, especially automotive software, is developing rapidly and full of vitality.

We have been looking forward to working with Jingwei Hengrun for a long time and looking forward to seeing the new generation of ECU applied to the Haozhi supercomputing XPC-S32G platform of Nagao Automobile.
