According to foreign media reports, DuPont of the United States has launched the DuPont™ Pyralux® ML series of double-sided metal-clad laminates as a unique supplement to its extensive Pyralux laminate series for flexible and rigid-flexible printed circuit boards (PCBs).
These laminates have been developed specifically for optimal thermal management and are suitable for high-reliability markets such as aerospace, defense, electric vehicles, artificial intelligence-related networks and other electronic equipment.
