On September 10, Diodes Corporation announced that it has added two enhanced high-voltage Hall effect switch IC series to its automotive standard-compliant product portfolio, including the AH332xQ (unipolar) and the AH352xQ (bipolar), available in SIP-3, SOT23 (S type) and SC59 packages respectively, and offers multiple operating sensitivity options.
These devices can be used in a variety of contactless position and proximity detection applications, including seat belt fastening, door and trunk locks, windshield wipers and steering wheel locks.
