According to foreign media reports, on October 11, Italian brake system manufacturer Brembo said that it had agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Swedish suspension system manufacturer Ohlins Racing for US$405 million.

Brembo said in a statement that the acquisition has been agreed with Tenneco, owner of Ohlins Racing, is expected to be completed in early 2025, and the acquisition funds will be paid in cash.
