On October 4, NIO and CYVN, the company’s strategic investor, signed a strategic cooperation agreement, announcing that they will establish an advanced technology research and development center in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, focusing on the research and development of intelligent driving and artificial intelligence technologies, further expanding NIO’s global R & D layout, and assisting technological innovation in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Focusing on products, services and communities, NIO will conduct full-system operations in United Arab Emirates in the fourth quarter of this year.
